Arbequina is a small olive with an excellent fat yield, very fragrant and of high quality, ideal for any type of consumer. This arbequina variety, very present in Catalonia and Mallorca, has a high green fruity aroma and flavor. Our oil has aromas reminiscent of almond, apple and artichoke, with hints of banana.
Ours is an oil obtained from olives harvested at veraison, that is, between October and November, when the fruit is almost green, guaranteeing a higher concentration of polyphenols and natural antioxidants. In addition, this ensures that our olive juice offers the maximum complexity of aroma and flavor from the fruit.
Treurer is a superior category oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical procedures. After harvesting the olives, for which we use a vibration system, we take them to our mill, where in the shortest possible time we proceed to its cold extraction, filtering by centrifugation and bottling.
Certification by the D.O. Oli de Mallorca guarantees the origin and quality of our extra virgin olive oil. Our olive trees, located in ‘es Pla’ of the island, grow on a calcareous soil with clay substrate, in a place where the humidity and mild climate throughout the year gives our product unique organoleptic properties.
